With more than 30 years of experience in leadership, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, sales, and relationship development, Elisa brings a unique combination of professional expertise and genuine compassion to her role. Throughout her career across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and Quebec, she has built strong teams, developed lasting relationships, and earned a reputation for leading with integrity, empathy, and purpose.
At the heart of Elisa’s work is her ability to listen, understand each family’s unique needs, and help create personalized care solutions that provide comfort, confidence, and peace of mind.
